At last we started a Village Clean Up in the dry and the rain held off long enough for all of the days tasks to be completed before driving us back into the Hare and Hounds.

Village Clean-Up Spring 2013

On Saturday 17 March, despite the day starting out wet, very wet, a large group of over 20 residents met at the Hare & Hounds for a cup of Adrian’s freshly brewed coffee and biscuits, before splitting into groups to tackle a series of mini projects, as part of the Village Spring Clean-Up.

Petition Handed Over to Waverley

A Community Governance Petition containing over 400 signatures was handed over to Mary Orton, Chief Executive of Waverley Borough Council on Monday 19 November.

Over 30 residents turned up for the Village Summer Clean Up on the morning of Saturday 1 September. After a free coffee courtesy of Adrian at the Hare and Hounds, they set off in groups to tackle specific projects around the village.

Village Spring Clean

On a wet Saturday 17th March more than 30 people met up at the Hare & Hounds for morning coffee before splitting up into groups to tackle various spring cleaning tasks around the village.The clean up was organised as part of the Village Plan and held in conjunction with Farnham Big Pick Week.

Village Plan "Open-Meeting"

Some 60 residents attended an “open-meeting” to kick-off the Village Plan on Saturday 14 May from 10-12 noon in the VIllage Hall. Local Councillors were in attendance. More than 100 issues and suggestions for improvements to the Village were identified.
